National Jewish Health, located in the heart of Denver, Colorado in the beautiful Rocky Mountains, is seeking candidates for the position of Core Director, Center for Environment, Climate and Health under the leadership of Dr. Lisa A. Maier, Chief, Division of Environmental and Occupational Health Sciences.
Qualified candidates will have:
- A desire and commitment to lead and grow a research Center into national prominence through faculty expansion, research and interdisciplinary programs
- Proven leadership, mentorship and administrative skills
- Recognized achievement and reputation within the field of exposure and climate science and human health
- Demonstrated research and collaborative experience and expertise
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams
- Commitment to enhancing and sustaining a diverse and inclusive workplace
- MD, MD/PhD degree or equivalent with interest in Adult Medicine or Pediatrics considered
- Eligible for licensure in the State of Colorado, if applicable
- Must meet the requirements for appointment at National Jewish Health

Salary Range: $150,000 - $250,000
