Employment Requirements

Thank you for your interest in joining the National Jewish Health team. Below is a list of items that all employees at National Jewish Health are required to have in place prior to beginning in a new position. 

  • Minimum age of 18
  • Proof of identity and work eligibility to complete USCIS Form I-9
  • Background check
  • Education verification (if applicable)
  • Licensure and/or certification verification (if applicable)
  • Employee Health clearance
  • Seasonal influenza vaccination*
  • Additional vaccinations may be required by position

*Exemption requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Exemption requests must be reviewed and approved prior to a new hire's start date.
