Summary

 

Position Summary
Provides advanced-level support for Health Initiatives contracts, projects, clients and Health Initiatives team. Responsible for client invoicing, vendor payments and collections.  Establishes and maintains effective working relationships and communicates effectively across multiple departments and clients.  

Essential Duties

  1. Coordinates and facilitates the contract and project review and approval process. 
  2. Facilitates cross institutional communication and coordination of all contracts, projects and supporting documents including reviews, timelines, deliverables and signatures.
  3. Responsible for ensuring all contracts, projects and supporting documents are tracked, organized and archived. 
  4. Responsible for understanding, documenting and tracking key contract terms and conditions for department usage and reference. Completes contract and statement of work research to gather supporting documentation for project support and billing purposes. 
  5. Drafts standard proposals and other supporting materials (e.g. VSAs, BAAs) for review and approval by designated institutional staff.  
  6. Provides support for the Request for Proposal (RFP) process and other department processes.
  7. Prepares assigned monthly client billing detail within the designated timeframe using all applicable QuitPro and client reports and monitors collections.
  8. Submits vendor invoices for payment.
  9. Provides administrative support to the Health Initiatives department.

Minimum Qualifications

  1. Education: Bachelor’s Degree required.
  2. Work Experience: A minimum of 2 years recent and related work experience in a service delivery field required. Health care experience preferred.
  3. Special Training, Certification or Licensure: None

 

Salary Range: $22.00 - $28.50
