National Jewish Health – Tobacco Cessation Program

**Remote positions with our team are currently available for candidates located in
CO, TX, OR, MN, AZ, CA, IL, FL, VA, HI, WI and NY.**

Using Motivational Interviewing techniques, we deliver exceptional telephone based counseling services to our participants, encouraging them to find the internal motivation they need to quit tobacco for good.

What you can expect as a Tobacco Cessation Health Coach:

  • Call Center environment
  • Employment requires scheduled paid training Monday – Friday 9:00 am - 5:30 pm
  • After training, shifts will vary
  • Full time (40 hour/week) positions with variable shifts
  • Shift hours and days off will vary based on performance based shift bid
  • Multiple positions available
  • Team members who are bilingual speaking both English & Spanish earn $1.00/hour (after successful assessment)
  • New Hire training class begins on Monday, August 09, 2021! 

Health and Wellness Call Center Coach Applicants must possess:

  • Bachelor's degree required. 
  • Computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
  • Professional demeanor and strong client focus, while working with both internal and external customers.
  • Ability to personalize, articulate and convey information/education (via phone) based on established protocols.
  • Work independently, problem solve and multi-task. 

Customer Service Call Center Representative Applicants must possess:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
  • Effective verbal, written communication and problem solving skills. 
  • Experience handling inbound, outbound phone calls, fax referrals, web inquiries and ensure all contacts are appropriately documented.
