Summary
National Jewish Health is seeking a Senior PeopleSoft Developer/Administrator to join our Information Services & Technology team. The selected candidate will provide leadership to the development of PeopleSoft applications as required by the customer. This includes:
- Updates, upgrades, enhancements to existing functionality and mobile development.
- Utilizing development tools to design, implement and maintain processes that involve XML, Java, HTML, BI Publisher, Web Services, PeopleCode, Application Engine, AWE, Integration Broker, SQR and interfaces.
- Providing application support including system/batch monitoring and processing, handling user questions and queries, investigating and solving system problems, support with third party integrations, providing on-call services to support systems.
- Performing business analysis to gather customer business requirements.
- Preparing and maintaining functional and technical specification documents.
Successful candidates will be familiar with SDLC and comfortable working in an agile or scrum environment. Candidates must have experience with Peoplesoft 9.2 HCM & Financials.
Position Summary
Assists in the implementation, maintenance and enhancement of PeopleSoft Financial and HCM systems. Performs PeopleSoft server administration, program analysis, program specification, systems development, report writing and maintenance.
Essential Duties
- Performs upgrades and updates to ERP Applications.
- Administers ERP system architecture for production, development and test environments.
- Develops, tests, migrates and documents customized modules, reports and complicated interfaces between ERP and other systems.
- Supports and resolves user issues, questions, enhancements, training needs to improve the efficiency of ERP and related systems.
- Responsible for designing, implementing, and Administering Workflow and Security for the ERP applications.
- Responsible for maintenance of ancillary systems that interface to the core ERP Application.
- Mentors technical staff on PeopleSoft technical issues.

Minimum Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree, BS, or BA preferred
- Work Experience: A minimum of five (5) years of recent and related experience is required.
- Special Training, Certification or Licensure: Proficient in PeopleSoft Development including SQR, PeopleCode, SQL, and PS Query. Proficient in Administration of PeopleSoft Application, Web, and File Servers. Experience in applying delivered upgrades and fixes.
Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000
